These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl365a ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jl365a website located at https://jl365a.net and all associated services, features, games, and content offered therein.

By accessing the jl365a website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. All monetary transactions on jl365a are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. • Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

• Receipt of a regulatory direction or court order requiring suspension or termination of the account.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account after deduction of any amounts owed to jl365a (including forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided that your account was not terminated due to fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl365a support. Account closure requests are subject to verification and any pending wagering or withdrawal requirements must be resolved prior to closure.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl365a from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraudulent or harmful conduct.
